Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RankReady website (rankready.com.au) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

RankReady provides website design, SEO optimisation and related digital services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing for each project are outlined in the service package selected by the client.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment terms are specified at the time of purchase or in the project agreement.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price agreed upon in a project agreement will be honoured.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered website and its content.
  • RankReady retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, icons) remain subject to their respective licences.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information as required
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
  • Ensure all content and materials provided are legally owned or properly licensed

Limitation of Liability

RankReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

No Guarantees on Rankings

While we build websites with best-practice SEO architecture, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings or search result positions. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.

Website Hosting and Maintenance

Websites are delivered as static files and deployed to the client's hosting environment. Ongoing hosting, maintenance and updates are the responsibility of the client unless an ongoing arrangement is agreed upon.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
